this is one of my favorites. i closed my eyes to see more clearly. just like all of my pics, this one is about my relationships (or lack thereof) with the people in my life.

It gives so much, yet leave so much to the mind. I like the choice of dress and that mysterious object in the background, as well as the slice of mouth. Beautiful, curiously so.

this is so beautiful...the tones are perfect, and there is so much movement...did you scratch directly onto your negatives?

thanks a lot for the praise.

i didn't scratch on the negative, i scratched on a blank negative and then sandwiched them in my enlarger. i also exposed through different materals when making the print
